The Coolest Music Video Ever

U2 conceived Rattle and Hum as a tracing of roots and an homage to their musical heritage. And it bombed. While the album had a few bright spots, most of the whole experience was subpar for the band. (Author’s note: I still love it, because I’m a brainwashed obsessive, but I digress).

This is a much better attempt at giving a shout-out to your musical ancestors. This is by far my favorite music video ever, and honestly, U2’s best. I may be brainwashed, but I will admit most U2 videos are meh, at best.

P.S. – I know this song and video are both pretty old by interweb standards, but I feel like putting it out there because I’ve been enjoying it a lot lately.
